This tutorial is done in Photoshop.

1. Crop your image to 100 x 100
2. Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen
3. Edit > Fade Sharpen. Fade it to 50%
4. Layer > New Fill Layer. Fill it with color #040320. Set it to Exclusion at 100%
5. Layer > New Fill Layer. Fill it with color #93cad2. Set it to Color Burn at 48%
6. Layer > New Fill Layer. Fill it with color #e29eff. Set it to Overlay at 13%
7. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Make sure the method is Relative. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = -100
Magenta = +61
Yellow = +65
Black = -7

YELLOWS:
Cyan = -32
Magenta = -77
Yellow = -56
Black = +12

BLUES:
Cyan = 0
Magenta = +42
Yellow = +28
Black = 0

WHITES:
Cyan = +37
Magenta = +12
Yellow = +20
Black = +15

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = +1
Magenta = -11
Yellow = 0
Black = -13

8. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Make sure the method is Relative. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = +22
Magenta = +15
Yellow = +3
Black = +24

YELLOWS:
Cyan = +20
Magenta = +15
Yellow = +3
Black = +24

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = -2
Magenta = 0
Yellow = +1
Black = 0

9. Duplicate the selective coloring layer you just did. (Right click on the selective coloring layer in the layer palette and click 'duplicate')
10. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance. Set it to these settings:
Midtones: -22, -11, -27
Shadows: +24, -22, -18
Highlights: +19, +12, +9
11. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Make sure the method is Relative. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = -42
Magenta = +5
Yellow = +9
Black = -8

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = +24
Magenta = -5
Yellow = -11
Black = +4

12. Copy and past this image:


13. Set that image you just pasted to Soft Light at 70% (You can always play around with the percentage, depending on the image)
14. Use the eraser tool and erase the face so that none of the scratches appear on the face, and that they are only on the background.
