This tutorial is done in Photoshop.

1. Crop your image to 100 x 100
2. Duplicate your base image and set the duplicate to screen. Change the opacity of the layer to 60%
3. On the duplicated layer, Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Make sure the method is Relative. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = -25
Magenta = +24
Yellow = +16
Black = +8

YELLOWS:
Cyan = +52
Magenta = +9
Yellow = +2
Black = +41

CYANS:
Cyan = +100
Magenta = -100
Yellow = -100
Black = +100

WHITES:
Cyan = +100
Magenta = +6
Yellow = +3
Black = +15

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = +13
Magenta = +5
Yellow = -6
Black = +4

Blacks:
Cyan = 0
Magenta = 0
Yellow = 0
Black= +100

5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer
RED:
Red = +134
Green = -50
Blue = +8


BLUE:
Red = -2
Green = -2
Blue = +110
