This tutorial is done in Photoshop.

1. Crop your image to 100 x 100
2. Duplicate your base image and set the duplicate to screen.
3. On the duplicated layer, Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
4. Layer > New Fill Layer. Fill it with color #DAAC83. Set the layer to multiply with the opacity of 50%
5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves. Put in these settings:
RGB:
Input: 106
Output: 150

RED:
Input: 117
Output: 137

GREEN:
Input: 114
Output: 131

BLUE:
Input: 82
Output: 146

6. Duplicate your base image, drag it to the top of all the layerse and set it to screen.
7. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = 0
Magenta = 0
Yellow = +64
Black = -9

YELLOWS:
Cyan = +100
Magenta = 0
Yellow = -100
Black = +68

MAGENTAS:
Cyan = +100
Magenta = 0
Yellow = 0
Black = 0

WHITES:
Cyan = +100
Magenta = +66
Yellow = +69
Black = +39

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = +41
Magenta = +11
Yellow = -4
Black = -6

Blacks:
Cyan = 0
Magenta = 0
Yellow = 0
Black= +100

8. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. Put in these settings:
MASTER
Saturation: -5

REDS
Saturation: +10

9. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Put in these settings:
REDS:
Cyan = +43
Magenta = +1
Yellow = +6
Black = +3

YELLOWS:
Cyan = -100
Magenta = 0
Yellow = -25
Black = -30

WHITES:
Cyan = +37
Magenta = +27
Yellow = +12
Black = -19

NEUTRALS:
Cyan = -6
Magenta = +2
Yellow = +5
Black = +6
